Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of receipt. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Time

- Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within 8–12 working days.
- Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as high demand with couriers or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping with Julie Karen Lisa is free for all orders. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and affordable as possible.

Tracking

We ship all orders with DHL. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the DHL tracking code. You can track your order anytime on our “Track Your Shipment” page. If you have any issues with tracking, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Order Cancellation

After payment confirmation, orders automatically enter the logistics process, so cancellation or changes are no longer possible. We recommend checking all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders in Transit

As long as an order is within the expected delivery time and in transit, no return or refund requests can be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Size Exchange

If you’re unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. To exchange, please follow the normal return procedure.
