Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you’re not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible, your order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order includes all required parts and components, and the packaging is in the exact same condition as when you received it.
2. The item has been used normally, excluding damage from improper handling.
3. Hygiene items must be carefully cleaned before starting the return process.
4. Any defect was reported immediay after receiving the item.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. Returns are processed within 14 working days and, if conditions are met, officially accepted within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process.

Please ensure your email includes:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item
- Customer’s full name
We will contact you with the returnand explain the next steps.

Never send a return item back to the sender; we will provide the correctonce you request it. You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item.

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions if they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes mainly outside their trade, business or profession:

A. Cancellation Policy – Right of Withdrawal

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party you nominate (not the carrier) takes possession of the last item. As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediay after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so refunds after receipt are not possible. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Julie Karen Lisa) with a clear statement (for example by email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The cancellation is effective when we receive the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipment registration.

As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If items have already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then send them back to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure a quick refund, please send us your shipping confirmation.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice and the items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for this refund.

We are not liable for errors made by the customer at the time of purchase, such as incorrectes or contact details. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries if the recipient is not available at the givenor does not respond to contact attempts by the carrier.

** All returned items are sent back to our central warehouse in Asia after payment.
