Cancellations

We want you to be compley happy with your purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following.

Cancellation before dispatch

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided processing has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@juliekarenlisa.com.au
and include your order number.

Once processing has started or the goods have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days remains unaffected.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing or description errors, unavailable stock, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will inform you immediay and refund any payments made in full.
